Telephone Operator Response
BraveQuest maintain a permanent number of highly trained telephone operator assistants. These assistants have experience in a vast number of sales promotion campaigns and customer care lines. All calls answered by BraveQuest are logged using either a bespoke or generic helpscreen. Information recorded may be, name and address, order details or nature of the complaint. Reports are generated weekly detailing all information gathered.
Outgoing Operator Calls
BraveQuest's flexible working arrangements mean that we are able to set up and complete telephone exercises within a very short period of time. On average a job can be agreed and set up within 1 - 2 working days. We are able to do this as our high level of experience means that very little staff training is required prior to the start of each project.
Automated Call Handling
BraveQuest operate full automated telephone call handling facilities using an advanced AVM system. The system can be used for all types of promotional campaigns, promotional help lines or mail order enquiry lines.
